staff have many years experience in both Residential and Commercial lettings. We have membership of ARLA (Association
of Residential Letting Agents). As a registered member we are bonded
and adhere to a strict code of practice, including the Client Money Protection Scheme and membership of The Property Ombudsman.

and Dundee Landlord Accreditation Scheme.

We offer a full Liaison Service with the local authorities in our area
of operation, Dundee City Council, Perth And Kinross, Angus and Stirling Councils. Offering Landlords an easy and cost effective
way of legally operating their property.
